Indexing System

Heads Up Feature
- On machines with an odd number of print heads, this allows you to raise the last head on a hinge to create dedicated loading and unloading stations.
- It’s like getting two machines in one. For instance, a 10 station/9 color machine can become a 10 station/ 8 color machine when you need two operators to load and unload and aren’t using the last head, allowing you to work faster.
Central Off-Contact
- Digitally-controlled central off-contact with 38 settings up to 2/5’’, adjustable right from the machine’s touchscreen
Safety System
- Safety bars, located between each print head and on each side of the load and unload stations, ensure safety during press set-up and operation

INDEXADOR SERVO
Todas las prensas VOLT están equipadas con un indexador servo que rota los pallets de estación en estación de manera suave y silenciosa, incluso a las más altas velocidades. A diferencia de un indexador neumático, los servomotores ofrecen control preciso de aceleración y desaceleración, eliminando vibraciones y mejorando la consistencia de tus impresiones.

ELEVACIÓN/DESCENSO DE PALLET SERVO
Todas las VOLT cuentan con elevación y descenso de pallet servo. En lugar de depender de componentes neumáticos para subir y bajar los pallets, un servomotor potente y confiable ofrece extrema suavidad y precisión.
Un beneficio clave del sistema servo de elevación y descenso es el ajuste digital del fuera de contacto. En una prensa automática con elevación neumática, tendrías que ir debajo de la máquina y ajustar manualmente la distancia de fuera de contacto. Con elevación servo, puedes realizar ajustes exactos del fuera de contacto con solo presionar un botón directamente desde la pantalla táctil de la prensa.

CABEZAS DE IMPRESIÓN SERVO
Amplía aún más tus capacidades con cabezas de impresión accionadas por servomotor opcionales. Las VOLT equipadas con cabezas servo cuentan con controles táctiles en cada cabeza para configuraciones rápidas y pruebas de impresión. Ajusta digitalmente la presión del rasero y la longitud de recorrido con solo presionar un botón, incluso establece diferentes presiones para cada pasada cuando imprimes múltiples pasadas. Y lo mejor de todo, puedes guardar y recuperar todas las configuraciones de las cabezas de impresión, permitiéndote preparar pedidos repetitivos y recurrentes en cuestión de minutos.
CABEZAS DE IMPRESIÓN ELÉCTRICAS AC
Las prensas VOLT estándar vienen con cabezas de impresión eléctricas AC. Eso significa cero cilindros de aire, válvulas y mangueras, piezas que seguramente conoces bien si tienes una prensa neumática. No necesitas preocuparte por presión de aire irregular o inestable que afecte la calidad de impresión o el registro; la sujeción de marcos, el bloqueo del rasero y flood bar, así como los ajustes de profundidad y ángulo, se realizan de forma mecánica. Agrega controles individuales opcionales por cabeza para hacer las configuraciones de trabajo aún más rápidas y sencillas.
