The Hornet D2M uses a revolutionary and highly efficient approach to eliminating virtually all of the steps in the screen-making process known as Direct to Mesh (D2M). The Hornet D2M removes darkroom requirements, film positives, and emulsion coating, including the waste of water and drying time, to become the ultimate digital computer-to-screen system. With Hornet D2M, all of the common steps in screen preparation are bypassed. Because it uses a unique injectable emulsion that applies images directly to the screen, the Hornet D2M can sit next to your carousel on the production floor, and any operator can now make screens in three easy steps right at the press!

• With resolutions of up to 1,200 dpi, the Hornet D2M is pixel-sharp and tough yet flexible.. Mostcommon frame sizes up to 25”x 36” (635mm x 910mm) are supported. Screens are held in place at three registration points for imaging accuracy across multiple screens.
